A: A guy (Patrick Dempsey) finally realizes he’s in love with his best friend (Michelle Monaghan), just as she announces that she is engaged to another man
Q: Who’s in the movie?
A: Patrick Dempsey, Michelle Monaghan, Kevin McKidd, Kadeem Hardison, Chris Messina, Richmond Arquette, Busy Philipps, Whitney Cummings, Emily Nelson, Sidney Pollack, Kathleen Quinlan, Kevin Sussman
Q: Is this movie worth the price of admission?
A: Proceed with Caution. If you like romantic comedies, this is a good one. If you don't, you should grow a heart.
Q: Will this movie make me laugh?
A: Maybe not, but you will smile from beginning to end. And I'd like to take this moment to congratulate the producers for not forcing the writers or director to randomly insert characters walking into trees or being bitten by small animals for cheap laughs. It was funny once, if at all, it's never funny anymore. Stop it! Not you, Made of Honor, you did good.
Q: Will this movie make me cry?
A: There are two good guys vying for the same girl, and one of them is not going to get her. The look on the loser's face is pretty sad.
Q: Will this movie be up for any awards?
A: It's good, but it's not that good.
Q: How is the Acting?
A: Anyone could've played these parts, and these are the someones who did.
Q: How is the Directing?
A: Realistic and not over-the-top, which has become more and more rare in the romantic comedy world. That's a compliment.
Q: How is the story/script?
A: It requires a little suspension of disbelief, especially when it comes to the scenes amongst the guys, who chat about relationships as if they were starring in Sex and the City. But even though that never happens in real life, it's still sweet to see them opening up about feelings, and helping their friend land a girl for more than just sex.
